Oak Bluffs police arrested a Colorado woman last Friday after she reportedly backed into a police cruiser parked on Circuit avenue.
Police are seeking to charge Nicole Miller, 29, of Boulder, Col., with operating under the influence of alcohol. If charged it will be her second subsequent charge for drunk driving. She also faces numerous other motor vehicle charges.
On Saturday morning police charged Geraldo Ferreira, 48, of Oak Bluffs, with drunk driving after police pulled him over while driving his moped on Dukes County avenue. Mr. Ferreira also was charged with operating a moped without a helmet and operating a moped without a license.
Also on Saturday Oak Bluffs police arrested 39-year-old Tisbury resident Clemildo Deabreau following a foot chase along Circuit avenue. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and misleading a police officer. Police also discovered he had two outstanding warrants.
Just after 3 p.m. on Nov. 6, police arrested Dana Olcott, 44, of Oak Bluffs and charged her with operating under the influence of alcohol. She was pulled over while driving on Spindles Way. Just before 11 p.m. on Nov. 7, officer sinitiated a motor vehicle stop on Beach Road near the drawbridge and arrested Michael Cohen, 61, of Tisbury, with operating under the influence of alcohol.
