Sarah Arrives

Marcia and Marcos Ribeiro of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Sarah Queiroz, born on Dec. 3 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Sarah weighed 9 pounds, 4.8 ounces at birth.
