Elizabeth Phillips Howland

Elizabeth Phillips Howland of Fairfield, Conn., and West Chop died March 27. She was 88.

Mrs. Howland was the wife of the late Silas W. Howland Jr. and the mother of Libby Howland, Silas W. Howland 3rd, Dolly Campbell and Jenny Howland.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 1, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Southport, Conn. A full obituary will appear in a future edition.
