Sylvia Ilieva and Vladimir Vladimirov of West Tisbury announce the birth of a daughter, Dia Vladi Vladimirov, born on Oct. 9 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Dia weighed 6 pounds, 6.5 ounces at birth.
