Dr. and Mrs. Ian Irvine of Cranleigh, Surrey, England, announce the wedding of their daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Irvine, to Sean Patrick Donovan-Smith, son of Linda and John Malcouronne, formerly of Edgartown, now of Center Conway, N.H.

The bride graduated from the University of Leicester with a bachelor’s degree and is a communications consultant.

The bridegroom received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master’s degree in management and economics from St. Andrews University. He is a partner at the international law firm, K&L Gates.

They were married on Sept. 14 and honeymooned in southern Italy. The couple lives in Godalming, Surrey, England.
