Tatiana Silva and Fabio Wagner Soares of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Maria Edwarda Santos Soares, born on Dec. 3 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Maria weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces at birth.
