Mirlane De Paula and Ronan De Paula of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Emanuelle Cerqueira De Paula, born on April 1 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emanuelle weighed 8 pounds, 13.6 ounces at birth.
