Thais Ahnert Tetzner and Zenilton Francisco da Silva of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a daughter, Heloisa Tetzner da Silva, born on June 19 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Heloisa weighed 7 pounds, 1.4 ounces at birth.
