Fernanda Barcelar and Regiuan Oliveira of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a son, Joao Barcelar Oliveira, born on July 25 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Joao weighed 7 pounds, 12.3 ounces at birth.
