Rose Margaret Campbell Runner and Ben P. Runner of West Tisbury announce the birth of a son, Benjamin David Runner, born on Oct. 6 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Benjamin weighed 8 pounds, 10.8 ounces at birth.
