Tanya Chipperfield and James Goff of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a son, Wolfgang Francis Goff, born on Oct. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Wolfgang weighed 8 pounds, 2.5 ounces at birth.
