Silmara Casarin and Andre P. Casarin of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Mylena Moura Casarin, born on Oct. 27 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Mylena weighed 6 pounds, 1.9 ounces at birth.
