Alana Oliveira and Cristiano Silva of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Melissa Trindode Silva, born on Nov. 6 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Melissa weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces at birth. She joins big sister Bella at home.
