Patricia Veiga and Josue Veiga of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a daughter, Victoria Pardinho Veiga, born on Nov. 26 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Victoria weighed 6 pounds, 13.4 ounces at birth.
