Jamily Santana and Carlos E. Santana of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Emanuel Carlos Santana, born on Jan. 8 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emanuel weighed 7 pounds, 12.9 ounces at birth. He joins big sister Janiny at home.
