Viviane and Ronaldo da Silva of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a daughter, Emanuelly Victoria da Silva, born on Feb. 9 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emanuelly weighed 8 pounds, .027 ounces at birth.
