Thaissa and Breno Silva of West Tisbury announce the birth of a son, Andrew Moreira Silva, born Sept. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Andrew was 8 pounds, 13 ounces birth. He joins big brother Anthony at home.
