President Barack Obama will visit Martha's Vineyard this August for the seventh and final summer vacation during his presidency. Through the years the First Family has enjoyed summer time together on the Vineyard, with trips to the beach and the bookstore, evenings out to dinner with family and friends, bike rides through the state forest, and, for the President, lots of time at Island gold courses. Though there are few, if any, scheduled events during the President's visits, he has also tended to business as needed.
