Dieny Teixeira and Alair Reis Neto of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Joshua Garcia Reis, born on Dec. 20 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Joshua weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces at birth.
