R.J. Connelly 3rd has been named one of 10 best estate planning attorneys by the American Institute of Legal Counsel, an invitation only legal organization.

Mr. Connelly, an Oak Bluffs resident, was nominated for the award by the AIOLC board, clients, and his peers.
