Chelsea R. Boyd and Thomas F. Keen 3rd of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Charlotte Adalynn Keen, born Jan. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Charlotte weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces at birth.
