Leticia DaSilva and Leandro Gouveia of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Maite Alves Gouveia, born Feb. 10 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Maite weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces at birth.
