Lori and Dana Rezendes of West Tisbury announce the birth of a daughter, Meghan Lee Rezendes, born Feb. 23 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Meghan weighed 7 pounds, 3.8 ounces at birth. She joins older brother Nathan at home.
