Sandra Oliveira and Alexsandro De Melo of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a daughter, Alexia De Andrade Melo, born June 1 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Alexia weighed 5 pounds, 9.6 ounces at birth.
