Beatrice Whiting and Patrick Ruel of Chilmark announce the birth of a daughter, Lenora Bea Ruel, born June 20 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Nora weighed 7 pounds, 10.4 ounces at birth. She joins big brother Asa at home.
