The Martha’s Vineyard Ice Arena has been open for a few months now, following extensive renovations over the summer. But this Saturday, Jan. 20 is the official grand opening party. There will be a girls varsity game at 1 p.m. against Barnstable, then a ceremony at 3 p.m. to welcome in the new arena followed by public skating at 3:30 p.m. The festivities are rounded out by the boys varsity game against Cardinal Spellman at 5 p.m.
