Jeanie Hay Sternbach and Pascal Albanese of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Montgomery Ace Albanese, born Feb. 1 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Montgomery weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces at birth.
