The Permanent Endowment for Martha’s Vineyard is accepting applications for its 2018 scholarship program. The endowment is one of the largest providers of financial support for Island students and administers 23 scholarship funds. Last year 130 scholarships totaling more than $310,000 were awarded to Vineyard high school seniors as well as college and graduate students.
