Sayonara and Leo De Oliveira of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a daughter, Victoria De Oliveira, born March 11 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Victoria weighed 7.8 ounces at birth. She joins big sisters Stephany and Lindsay De Oliveira at home.
