Miriam and Carlos deOliveira of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Eloah Mateus Paiva deOliveira, born on August 15 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Eloah weighed 9 pounds, 15 ounces at birth.
