Tara M. Ledden and William J. Ledden of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a daughter, Anastasia Maura Ledden, born on Oct. 25 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Anastasia weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces at birth.
