Luana and Jonas Dias of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Miguel O. Estevam Dias, born on Nov. 21 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Miguel weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces at birth and joins big sisters Maryana and Lohanna.
