Olivia Pate and Joseph Vanderhoop of Aquinnah announce the birth of a daughter, Dakoda Marie Vanderhoop, born on Nov. 21 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Dakoda weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces at birth.
