Andrea S. Rico and Warley Miranda, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Rebecca S. Miranda, born on Dec. 2 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Rebecca weighed 7 pounds, 11.1 ounces at birth.
