Talia Rogers and John Gibson of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Noah James Gibson, born on Jan. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Noah weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces at birth. He is welcomed by older brothers Isaiah and Eagan and older sister Kylie.
