Ella Willoughby Slocum

Ella Willoughby Slocum of Edgartown, 94, died Sept. 8 in Troy, N.Y., after a brief illness.

Mrs. Slocum was born in Edgartown, the daughter of the late Leo and Flora Willoughby. She was predeceased by her brothers, Ervin, Douglas, Emry, Freeman, Hobart, Eldon and Kendall, and by one sister, Myrtle. She is survived by her brother, Robert Willoughby of Southborough and Edgartown; a son, Freddy Compo of North Carolina, and four grandchildren.

Interment was yesterday in Troy, N.Y. Arrangements were by the Leahy Funeral Home in Troy, N.Y.
