Christine Anne Palmer

Christine Anne Palmer of Charlestown and Chappaquiddick died Monday Oct. 7, at Spaulding Rehab Hospital in Boston. She was the mother of Sabrena E. Tufts of New York, Meghan L. Tufts of Charlestown and Amy R. Tufts of Boston and the sister of Ruth Palmer of Ohio.

A graveside service will be held in the New Westside Cemetery in Edgartown at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, in the First Parish Church, Wayland.

A full obituary will be published in a later edition. Arrangements are by the Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home in Oak Bluffs.
