Frank E. Leslie Jr. Was Veteran of World War II
Frank E. Leslie Jr., 87, a resident of East Falmouth, formerly of Vineyard Haven, died peacefully on Dec. 2. He was predeceased by Doris V. Leslie, his beloved wife of 52 years. Frank attended the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and worked at Leslie's Drug Store until his retirement to East Falmouth. He was a Veteran of World War II, a member of the American Legion Post 257 and a 42-year member of the Oriental-Martha's Vineyard Lodge A.F.&A.M.
He is survived by two daughters, Barbara Jean Harrold and her husband, Tom, of South Yarmouth and their children, Kimberly and Stephen, and Sally Ann Mitchell and her husband, Michael, and their son, Jason, of Berlin and Oak Bluffs; a sister, Marjorie Berry of North Fort Myers, Fla.; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many friends.
Services are private. Memorial donations may be made to the Visiting Nurse Association, 67 Ter Heun Drive, Falmouth, MA 02540.
