Joseph T. Bucci, 66, Was Island Summer Resident

Joseph T. Bucci of Milford, Conn., died May 26 in Milford Hospital. He was 66. He was born in New Haven, Conn., on Dec. 21, 1937, the son of the late Joseph and Carmela (Malerba) Bucci. He was the brother of the late Mary Ann Ianuzzi and Dr. Vincent A. Bucci.

Mr. Bucci was a self-employed builder and a member of the APOA. He and his wife summered in Wintucket Cove on the shores of Edgartown Great Pond.

He is survived by his wife, Melody Grant Bucci; his son, Joseph D. Bucci, of Cheshire, Conn.; his son, Thomas P. Bucci, and his wife, Patricia, of Glastonbury, Conn.; his son Ronald V. Bucci, and his wife, Alicia, of Trumbull, Conn.; and five grandchildren: Michael, Max, Anna, Olivia and Ben Bucci.

The funeral procession left from the Iovanne Funeral Home, 11 Wooster Place, in New Haven at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 29, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael's Church at 10:30. Interment was in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
