Betty Cheever Grunden

Betty Cheever Grunden, wife of William (Bill) Grunden, died Oct. 5 in Florida after a long battle with cancer. She enjoyed many summers at their Camp Ground cottage on Trinity Park. She is survived by her loving husband, daughter Joy Brown and son Thomas Cheever in Florida, and son Richard Cheever in Pennsylvania. She is also survived by stepsons Paul Grunden of Falmouth, David Grunden of Oak Bluffs, Wes Grunden in Arizona and several grandchildren. Donations may be sent to Kings Avenue Baptist Church in Brandon, Fla.
