Anna Marie Krikorian Was Holy Ghost Member

Anna Marie Krikorian died at Windemere Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center on Sunday, Feb. 6. She was 99 years of age.

Anna was the daughter of William Moore and Susan McNeely and was born in Paterson, N.J. on Jan. 7, 1906.

She came to Martha's Vineyard in the early 1950's and resided in Vineyard Haven until she moved to Woodside Village where she lived for the next six years. She lived at Windemere for a little over one year.

Anna was an honorary lifetime and oldest member of the Holy Ghost Association.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Krikorian Sr., her daughter, Lucille Niemic and her son, Edward Krikorian Jr., who died Dec. 15, 2004.

She is survived by her beloved sisters, Catherine Pengitore of Clifton, N.J. and Margaret Galinis of Bethlehem, Pa.; six grandchildren, Edward Krikorian 3rd of Florence, Ore., Lynne Watkins and Ann Clark of California, John and Edward Niemic of Clifton, N.J. and Patricia Duncan of Oak Bluffs; ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed and remembered by her family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 4 in Oak Grove Cemetery in Oak Bluffs at 11 a.m. officiated by Rev. Michael Nagle. Donations may be made in her memory to a charity of one's choice.
