Frank Elwood Foley

Frank Elwood Foley of Pilgrim Road in Edgartown died Wednesday, August 9. He was 93.

Donations in Mr. Foley's memory may be made to any Island charity that benefits children. Arrangements are under the care of the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home in Oak Bluffs. A complete obituary will follow in a future edition.
