John Fay Jr., 75, Worked in Pharmaceutical Industry

John T. (Jack) Fay Jr., of Hidden Cove in Oak Bluffs and Scottsdale, Ariz., died Thursday morning, August 17, at New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton. He was 75. He was the husband of Jane Davidson Fay.

Jack's business life led him in many directions: teaching, pharmaceutical association positions and executive positions in the wholesale pharmaceutical industry. His later years were spent as a writer and editor for health care publications.

He will be most remembered for his intelligence, humor and the constancy of his love for his wife, his family and his friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jane; children, Nancy McCloud of New Mexico, Kathleen Trammel of Virginia and Patricia Fay of Florida; grandchildren, Aja Trammel, Bridget Trammel and Ian McCloud, and great-granddaughter, Aiyana Trammel.

His memorial Mass will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth's Church in Edgartown on Saturday, August 26, at 11 a.m. Interment of his cremated remains will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Oak Bluffs.
