Paul Anton Petricone Jr. of Oak Bluffs died May 25 at Martha's Vineyard Hospital. He was 64.

Paul was born Nov. 3, 1942 in Boston, the son of Eleanor Rossetti Petricone of Oak Bluffs and the late Paul Petricone.

He grew up in Arlington. He attended Brown and Nichols School and Newman Prep School, and went on to graduate from Northeastern University. He also had a computer science degree.

Paul lived in Marblehead where he owned Engine Tech, a company that specialized in foreign automobile repairs and formula race cars. He later moved to the Vineyard and worked in automotive diagnostics. He also did computer repairs, minor construction and carpentry.

He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed being on the ocean.

Survivors include his mother; two brothers, Marc Petricone and his wife, Zoe, of Vineyard Haven and Neil Petricone of Plymouth; a daughter, Sandra Coldwell; his former wife, Carol Bolby; a niece, Ava Petricone; and a nephew, Marco Petricone.

His father, Paul Petricone, predeceased him in April of 2006.

His family will receive family and friends at the home of Eleanor Petricone, 2 Sengekontacket Road, Oak Bluffs from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
