Henry Anton Slaughter Jr. died Wednesday, July 18 from prostate cancer at the Martha's Vineyard Hospital. He was 76. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters. A private graveside service was held on Saturday, July 21 in Oak Grove Cemetery, Vineyard Haven. Donations may be made in his memory to the Martha's Vineyard Hospital, P.O.
