Marion H. Ward Yeo died Jan. 12 at the Royal Nursing Home in Falmouth. She was 88.

She was born in Attleboro on Sept. 16, 1919, the daughter of Inez Louise Capron Ward and Cloyd H. Ward. She was the mother of Nancy Munn Easterday of Westport, Carolyn Yeo Eddy of Vineyard Haven and Donna Yeo Hendrickson of Champaign, Ill.

Marion grew up in Attleboro, graduated from Attleboro High School in 1938 and married Herbert G. Yeo. They lived in Attleboro raising their children until 1968. She was the grandmother of Lisa Bowers of East Falmouth, Mark Donovan of Attleboro, Jennifer Newton of South Attleboro, Eliza Eddy Schaub of Bozeman, Mont., and Sam Eddy of Chilmark. She also was the great-grandmother of five.

She was a communicant of the Second Congregational Church in Attleboro.

Funeral arrangments are being coordinated between the John Lawrence Funeral Home in Marstons Mills and the Second Congregational Church of Attleboro. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to the MSPCA, 1577 Falmouth Road, Centerville MA 02632.
