Daniel Robert (Danny) Michalik of Naples, Fla., died Friday, June 18 at the age of 19.

Danny was a member of the Southern Extreme water ski team and was also a ski instructor for Collier County parks and recreation where he also volunteered on weekends helping physically and mentally challenged children and adults to water ski.

He is survived by his parents, Tony and Patty Michalik, and his brother, Joshua, all of Naples, his grandfather, Anthony Michalik and grandmother, Katherine Finn.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 25 at 4 p.m. at the First Church of the Nazarene, 3100 Bailey Lane in Naples. Donations may be made to the Southern Extreme Water Ski Show Team Memorial Fund or at any Fifth Third Bank for Danny Michalik.
