Joyce Bernard, 79, formerly of Woodside Village in Vineyard Haven, died at Falmouth Care Center on Monday, surrounded by her loving family. A graveside service is being planned for a later date to be announced. A complete obituary will follow in a later edition. Arrangements are under the care of the Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home, Oak Bluffs.
