Charles E. McCluskey Jr. of Vineyard Haven died on Feb. 28 at the age of 83 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. He was the husband of Ellen McCluskey.

A graveside service will be held in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Vineyard Haven on Thursday, March 8 at noon, officiated by the Rev. Roger Spinney.
