William (Bill) Blakesley of Oak Bluffs, a local artist since 1956, died at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital on Monday, Sept. 17. He was 91. A memorial service will be held at the Tabernacle next summer. Donations may be made in his memory to Doctors Without Borders USA, P.O. Box 5030, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5030.
